SCOUTS SA’s Member Management System is called Scouts.Digital (SD). It allows our volunteers to manage the personal advancements of all our registered members, including our children, youth and adult volunteers.  For you as a Scouter to be able to keep your Group or Branch’s records up to date, please remember to:

• Ensure your AAM form and certified ID are uploaded to your profile.
• Take a moment to review and update your personal details, Scout history, and other relevant information so everything is accurate.

If you’re not yet registered on Scouts Digital, please speak to your Scout Group Leaders (SGL) or District Commissioner (DC). Alternatively, you can email your AAM form and certified ID to [email protected] for assistance with getting your profile created and captured on the system.

The course can be found under Western Cape courses on SD, but is open to all Den Scouters, Pack Scouters, Troop Scouters and their adult volunteer teams! Registrations for the course close on 20 July!
