If you are a volunteer within a Cub Pack, are older than 18 years of age, registered on SCOUTS South Africa’s Member Database Scouts.Digital, and are keen to have fun and learn new skills, then Pow Wow is for you!
When

- Check-in: From 16:00 on Friday 23 April 2027
- The official programme begins from Friday afternoon. If you are travelling from further afield and your transport arrangements mean you arrive earlier, we will do our best to assist but please contact the organising team in advance.
- Departure: Tuesday morning 27 April 2027
- You are welcome to depart after the banquet on Monday evening 26 April or, if needed, early on Tuesday 27 April, which is a public holiday.

Registration:
- Places are limited to 150 participants, so don’t leave it too late to secure your spot!
- Bookings close: 30 November 2026
Pow Wow 2027 Fees:
- Cost per person: R3 750. (Including accommodation, meals, excursions, and the event badge.)
- Deposit: R1 500 per person, due by 30 November 2026
- Balance: Due by 25 March 2027
- You are welcome to choose your own payment plan as long as the full R3 750 is received by 25 March 2027.
