Youth Leadership development is one of the cornerstones of the Scout programme. In addition to the Patrol System and the Scout Advancement programme, young people are offered a number of training courses such as LDC1 and 2, PLTC and PLTU which aid in building self-confidence, problem solving, planning and solid leadership abilities.

The National Coordinator: Youth Leadership Training is assigned the role of further implementing and developing these opportunities for our young members. If this is your passion and you are keen to take on a new challenge, then we are keen to hear from you!
